Mark,
So sorry to hear of your Mom's death. I taught with her at East Hill and received all of her great e-mails. She was a wonderful person, and I will miss her. God Bless.

I am truly unable to write all the wonderful things your mother shared with me during our friendship. Always worrying about my health and acting like a caring Mother. I really find it hard to go into church and not see her smiling face. She blessed everyone she met and will be safe in my heart forever. God Bless you Mark

I was so sorry to hear of Louise's passing. We shared the love of gardening and had many great times together walking around our gardens. And so many good conversations over lunch. You will be missed, my friend.

Louise was the first teacher I met when I started teaching Kindergarten at East Hill Elementary School at West Genesee. Without her gentle guidance and support, I 'm not sure I would have made it! Back inn those days, Kindergarten had no "special classes" like music, art, library, or gym, so we had to do it all. Each day we would combine the two classes into one for music/activities (Louise) or story/movement poems (me). As a building leader, she also taught me the importance of working with and for others and got me involved as a West Genesee Teachers Association building rep. She was highly respected by all who worked with her.

I met Louise through the Covington Daylighters when she was one of the co-chairs. Louise always had a smile on her face, and was quick to laugh. You couldn't be down when talking with Louise. She will be missed by the ladies in our group. Cherish the memories you have of her and the comfort they will bring. She was a gentle, kind person.
With Sympathy to her family,
Bonnie Bowman
