I smile when I think of Frank and his sense of humor and his quick willingness to pitch in and help at the historical society with Barb. He was always very proud and rightfully so of his military service.I admired Frank. He will be missed.

Was my great pleasure to have met Frank and Barb a few years ago. I always considered them not just clients but good friends as well. I always enjoyed visiting with Frank when I had a few extra minutes in my work day. He had some great stories and I will miss seeing him on my rounds very much. Regretfully I only got to know the Elliots when they moved to East Ave. Would have liked to have known them much longer. At any rate please accept my heartfelt condolences to Barb and to Frank's entire family. God bless.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your beloved husband/father. I know how hard it can be to see loved ones succumb to advanced age and sickness. I have personally found comfort in the words at Acts 24:15 where it tells us, "There is going to be a resurrection", and that soon God will "wipe out every tear" from our eyes. (Rev. 21:4) I'm also looking forward to seeing the fulfillment of Psalm 92:14, "Even in old age they will still be thriving; They will remain vigorous and fresh".
You have my deepest condolences while we patiently wait for that day.

Frank will be remembered fondly as a good friend - always cheerful, happy to be with friends, and someone that I never heard complain or say a negative thing about anyone. Although faced with health problems in recent years, he never complained or let things interfere with the beautiful life he and Barb had enjoyed. We are so glad he enjoyed the Honor Flight experience, Florida vacations and the pleasures he found in everyday life in LeRoy.
