I recall Steve from our junior and senior high days at LeRoy Central. I believe through the electrical trades program at Genesee -Wyoming BOCES, he got a position at Kodak, and thereby a promising future. My condolences to his family.

Lori, Jon and the Flansburg family,
I am sorry that I did not know Steve. He sounds like a guy who made friends with all who crossed his path. Sheila and I lost our brother Dan five years ago and we still miss his presence in our lives. Know that he is with others you loved and that they watch over us everyday. Thank goodness for our memories of the good times.
Love to you all,
Sharon

I will truly miss our talks about family and friends with Steve.
Steve and I had a love of music (mostly Rock) that we shared, I will miss his keen knowledge of bands that we both liked very much.
Steve also loved his family, his wife, his children, and his three sisters.
Steve loved working at Kodak in Rochester for nearly 30 years. He truly missed his co-workers at Kodak. He loved traveling to China for Kodak and it gave him a great sense of responsibility and pride in his work.
Steve loved talking with his many nieces and nephews, who are now realizing that he won’t be there to talk too, especially during the annual Oatka Festival.
I will miss my brother-in-law, but he is now with his Mom & Dad in heaven.
Jon
