LeRoy ~ Frank E. Kirby Jr., of Keeney Avenue, passed away at home on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.
He was born August 10, 1944 in Albany, a son of the late Frank and Bernice Kirby Sr.
Frank was a veteran, having served with the U.S. Army.
Services and disposition will be private at the convenience of his family.
