Obituary of Joseph R. Balsamo

Leicester ~ Joseph R. Balsamo, age 45, of Perry Road, passed away at home unexpectedly on Sunday (August 31, 2014). He was born June 2, 1969 in Batavia, a son of Patricia Hungerford Balsamo and the late Giuseppi Balsamo. Joe will be remembered as a very caring and compassionate animal lover. He was very artistically creative and used that talent for his love of gardening and landscaping. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Balsamo of LeRoy, his sister, Stina (Paul Marini) Balsamo of Rochester, his brother, Steve Balsamo of LeRoy, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his dad, Giuseppi. There are no prior calling hours and services will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
